The Australian Law Librarians' Association (ALLA) is the professional association representing the interests of those working in the legal information sector.
The Association aims to promote and provide a national focus for law librarianship and to support the interests of law libraries, collections and legal information services to both legal and public communities.

Aims and Objectives
The primary objectives of ALLA are:

To provide state and national network for law librarians in Australia

To provide a national focus for law librarianship and legal and business information

To act as a lobby group to promote the interests of law libraries, law collections and legal information services in the wider community

To benefit members and enhance the status of the profession by the further education and training of law librarians, legal information officers and others
